Only with early harvested olives, 75-80% still green.\r\n<strong>Varieties: <\/strong>Arbequina 100%\r\n<strong>Zone of production: <\/strong>Finca el vicario, Desierto de Tabernas (Almer\u00eda) Spain\r\n<strong>Panel test\/organoleptic analysis:<\/strong>\r\n<strong>Colour\/aspect: <\/strong>Intense gold colour, with green hues. Filtered \r\n<strong>Aroma\/bouquet:<\/strong> Medium\/soft fruity, fresh aroma of almonds and other fruits medium ripe, very harmonic and balanced.\r\n<strong>Flavour\/taste: <\/strong>Soft and pleasant enter, absence of bitterness, spiciness and piquant sensation but more present. It lets a vegetal sensation on the palate, persistent and nice back taste.\r\n<strong>Recommendations of use: <\/strong>Desserts, orange slices with honey and olive oil, sauces, fish and seafood. Try it always in low temperature to keep its properties.
