As a consequence of the exceptional situation generated by the COVID-19 epidemic, the measures adopted by the Government of the Nation through the R.D. 463/2020 published on 03-14-2020 in BOE nº 67, provision that as you well know is already in force since yesterday, and the consequences that all this will generate in the labor, judicial and business environment, from this office we communicate the following:

1. The warehouse / industry will be operational with precautions to prepare and send distribution orders, export orders and online orders to avoid shortages.

2. In contrast, the store, guided tours, restaurant and museum are completely closed to the public from today until the regulations allow us to reopen to the public.

3. In relation to labor issues, we must inform that the Royal Decree, with the exceptions therein, DOES NOT PROHIBIT WORK in general, indeed, one of the exceptions to the mobility limitation is precisely that of moving to the workplace . Nevertheless, companies have to scrupulously comply with all the recommendations and requirements to safeguard the safety of their employees and avoid risks of contagion. We are a small team and we have taken measures to ensure that our workers are healthy and safe.

Our intention is, now more than ever, to provide the best possible service, even in difficult times like the present; we ask for a little patience if for some circumstance not wanted by the industry the professional service could be affected. We want you to know that we have put in place all the personal and material means at our disposal to avoid it and, where appropriate, correct it.
