Valle de la luz
Valle de la luz is an extra virgin olive oil produced from olives grown in organic certified farms in the Desert of Tabernas (Almería) Spain. The production is made with medium ripe olives harvested and milled the same day. The harvested is made from late November until early January. It is amulti-cultivarextra virgin olive oil where picual is the variety predominant in the blend; its high content of polyphenols and oleic acid makes it ideal for use both for cooking and dressings.
It is smooth and balanced, with hints of almond, fig leaves, tomato and ripe olives.
